Save me from the biscuits
Ok well I am off to a fairly laid back start I have been to the gym, but I think the 20 biscuits I had before going may have made it a fruitless effort. I know I need to push myself but I have about as much drive and will power as Rik Waller! How do you improve will power? Well the list writting has also started and I am on average completing about 50%, maybe actually completing a list would help with my will power or maybe I could just try to develop a mild form of OCD...
